Professional Staff

Jessica McCollum is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has her nursing degree from Hagerstown Community College and has her license for dispensing hearing aids. In the fall of 2009, she will be pursuing her degree of Audiology at Towson University.

Susan Burkey came on board in March 2008 as Patient Care Coordinator. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College and majored in medical sciences.  She is the pleasant voice that you hear when you call our office.
